Privacy policy
Amenivo (“Amenivo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides resident-facing and administrative software for community amenity operations. This policy explains the information the service may process.
Information we process
Depending on the community’s configuration, Amenivo may process account and contact information, household and property relationships, booking and check-in activity, community communications, poll responses, device notification identifiers and technical usage data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, apply community roles and permissions, deliver requested notifications, support community operations, maintain security and improve reliability. Amenivo does not sell personal information.
Community administration
Your community or its authorized operator determines who may use the service and which community records are available to its staff. Questions about community-specific records should first be directed to that organization.
Service providers
Amenivo uses service providers for infrastructure, authentication, messaging and product operations. They receive information only as needed to provide those services.
Website and demo measurement
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions on our marketing website. Website analytics starts automatically, without an opt-in prompt. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep it off. The demo measures viewing activity for sales follow-up during that visit: starts, visible continuously watched sections, approximate coverage, completion and demo-button clicks. Personal outreach links associate activity with the intended recipient; forwarding and shared devices mean this is not proof of identity. We do not fingerprint visitors. Recipient details and CRM references stay in protected server storage and are not shared with YouTube or Google Analytics. Loading the video connects to YouTube under its own privacy policy. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep measurement off, as does a saved choice to keep demo measurement off. Personal invitation links remain available until revoked. Their protected CRM association is kept while the invitation is active. Detailed viewing sessions are retained for at most 180 days and then enter scheduled removal; day buckets, retries or outages can delay deletion. Session counts use the retained 180-day activity window. A minimal lifetime summary—visit, video-start and demo-request signals, maximum observed coverage and first/last activity dates—stays with an active invitation; individual session histories do not. Company-level summaries may be copied to our CRM for sales follow-up under its recordkeeping policy. Demo visits, measured video playback, email-open signals and replies are separate: the demo does not measure whether an email was read. You may ask us to revoke a link or delete its associated measurement record. Short-lived security counters help limit abuse.
