Every customer starts with Amenivo Community. Signature adds a separately deployed resident app while the underlying platform subscription remains in place.
Setup starts at CA$5,000 for one brand, one iOS + Android app pair, store listings, initial configuration, submissions and one standard visual revision cycle.
The additional CA$100 monthly fee covers branded-app hosting, certificate and store-compliance monitoring, scheduled releases, and compatibility and security updates.
The community owns and pays for its developer accounts. Rebrands, out-of-cycle releases, integrations and non-standard work are quoted separately. Prices are in Canadian dollars; taxes are additional.

What is included in Amenivo Community?
The resident experience inside the Amenivo app and the complete property-aware operations hub, including facilities, bookings, announcements, household workflows and check-ins.
Why does a dedicated branded app cost more?
Amenivo Signature is an optional add-on to the Community platform subscription. Setup starts at CA$5,000 for the distinct app identity, store listings, certificates, declarations, submission and launch work. Branded-app hosting and scheduled release services add CA$100 per month.
Who owns the app-store accounts for a dedicated app?
The community owns its Apple and Google organization accounts and pays the store fees directly. Amenivo is granted the access needed to prepare and manage releases.
Can one team manage more than one property?
Yes. The operations hub is property-aware, with property selection, scoped records and role-based permissions. Portfolio structure and rollout are quoted to fit the operating model.
Does every customer receive the same commercial proposal?
No. The published rates provide a clear starting framework. Final terms reflect home count, number of properties, rollout sequence, branded-app requirements, integrations and any non-standard implementation work.
Does Amenivo replace accounting, payments or physical access control?
No. Amenivo is focused on amenity operations, resident communication, household access and check-ins. It does not replace accounting, payment processing or physical access-control hardware today.
